Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to remove the information Puffly holds about you, including anything we received through Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta products. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
If you connected Facebook to Puffly
Businesses connect a Facebook Page or ad account so their lead ad submissions and ad results appear in Puffly.
- Sign in to Puffly, open Integrations, and choose Disconnect on the Meta card. We immediately delete the stored Facebook access tokens, stop receiving new leads from your Page, and ask Meta to remove Puffly’s access.
- You can also remove the app from Facebook: go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Puffly, and choose Remove.
- To delete everything else, including leads and ad reports already imported, email hello@pufflyai.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address on your account. We delete the workspace data within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you filled in a business's Facebook lead form
Your answers were sent to the business that ran the ad, and Puffly stores them on that business’s behalf. Please ask that business first, since they control your information. You can also email hello@pufflyai.com with the name of the business and the email or phone number you used. We will pass the request to the business and delete the information once they confirm, or within 30 days.
What we keep
We may keep a small record that a deletion happened, and anything the law requires us to keep, such as billing records. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are not restored except to recover from an outage.
