The CRM keeps track of your leads and follow up, and it is free. Puffly OS is a custom team of AI helpers that runs more of the back office: email, invoices, posts, lead research and reports. It asks before anything risky.
Do the helpers act without asking me?
They ask before anything risky. You decide what a helper may do on its own and what waits for your OK.
What does the monthly limit do?
Each helper includes a month of work. If your team needs more, extra AI work is billed by use, up to a monthly limit you set. When the limit is reached the team stops until you raise it.
What is the private server option?
Your team runs on its own server instead of the shared cloud. Setup starts at $2,500 and the platform is $299 a month, plus the same helper fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your billing settings.
