Pricing questions
Is the CRM really free?
Yes. Leads, contacts, companies, deals, your pipeline, tasks and your branded lead form cost nothing, for as long as you use them. You pay only when you want a plan to do the follow up for you.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create an account with your email or Google. A card is asked for only when you choose a paid plan, and you choose it from inside your workspace.
Do you charge per person on my team?
No. Starter and up include your whole team with no per-seat charge.
What does yearly billing save?
Yearly is 10% under twelve monthly payments. There is no toggle: each plan shows its yearly price under the monthly one. You choose monthly or yearly at checkout.
What happens when I use up the Puff allowance?
Each paid plan includes a monthly Puff allowance. If you use it up, a top-up adds 500 more AI credits for $15.
Can I add a feature from a higher plan without moving up?
Yes. Anything a higher plan includes can be added to a lower plan on its own, as an add-on. The comparison table marks these as plan features, and the add-on list below shows their prices.
What is not in the plans?
Ad management and done-for-you service are sold separately. The plans are software: the CRM, Puff, follow up, phones and the tools around them.
How much does Puffly OS cost?
Planning your team is free. Setup starts at $699 and depends on your team size, then $49 a month plus $18 a month for each AI helper. Extra AI work beyond what helpers include is billed by use, up to a monthly limit you set. On its own private server, setup starts at $2,500 plus $299 a month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your billing settings.
