What are your missed calls costing you?
Three numbers, one estimate. Change them to match your business. Your starting point is 10 missed calls a week, 40% who would book, and a $350 job.
Revenue at risk each month
$6,067
About 17.3 jobs a month, or $72,804 a year. The math: 10 calls a week times 4.33 weeks a month, times 40% who would book, times $350 a job.
If the number is not small
Two fixes cover most of it. Missed-call text back sends the caller a text the moment you miss them and logs the call as a lead. An AI receptionist answers the call itself. Both work with your own business phone number.
About this calculator
How is the number worked out?
Calls missed per week, times 52 and divided by 12 to get a month, times the share who would have booked, times your average job value. It is a simple estimate, not a forecast.
What booking percentage should I use?
Use your own history. If you book about four out of ten people who reach you, enter 40. Callers who reach voicemail book less often than callers who reach a person, so a lower number is the safer guess.
Does this store my numbers?
No. The math runs in your browser. The numbers only appear in the page address if you copy a link to share.
