Eytan Shabtay started Puffly in 2026 after seeing local businesses lose jobs to slow follow up. It is run by Ascended Digitals and supported from Houston, Texas.

What Puffly does

Puffly keeps every lead, call and estimate in one pipeline. The CRM is free with no card needed: leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks and a branded lead form. Paid plans start at $99 a month and add Puff, an AI assistant that drafts follow-ups and suggests who to call next. Outreach waits for the owner's approval by default.
