Smith.ai is a phone answering service. Its main offer is live receptionists who answer your calls around the clock, screen and qualify callers, and pass the details to you. It also has AI-first options. Puffly is software: an AI receptionist you configure yourself, text back for missed calls and a CRM for the leads that result.
